An established and highly respected residential developer is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their Aberdeen-based team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving reservations and sales across a portfolio of high-quality new build homes.
This is a customer-focused position where you’ll manage the full sales journey — from initial enquiry and reservation through to exchange and legal completion — ensuring every buyer receives a seamless, five-star experience. You’ll use a consultative sales approach, strong negotiation skills, and excellent attention to detail while maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.

Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers and guide them through the buying journey
Demonstrate detailed knowledge of local developments, house types, specifications, and the wider property market
Accurately input and manage customer data within the CRM system to maintain a strong sales pipeline
Negotiate prices and present available incentives to secure reservations
Assist customers with selections of optional extras and upgrades
Maintain impeccable presentation standards across all sales and customer-facing areas
Lead customer handover meetings to ensure a smooth and positive completion experience
Conduct market research and provide insights to sales and marketing teams
Complete all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies
Adhere to relevant industry regulations including NHQC, GDPR, and the Consumer Protection Act

The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Previous experience using a CRM system is essential (Salesforce desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work weekends and lone working when required
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
